Sean joined the Fladgate team in 2022 and now leads projects focused on gold, base metals, PGEs and rare earth elements across Ontario. He blends hands-on experience, drilling oversight and robust data management with a strong commitment to responsible resource development.
Hailing from Sudbury, Sean brings that northern-Ontario mindset of hard work and curiosity into every program. He’s also our go-to “unofficial photographer,” capturing everything from sunrise on the outcrop to candid field scenes that tell the story behind the data. When he’s off duty, you’ll likely find him enjoying live music—still chasing that same energy that drew him to geology in the first place.
