Neil is a professional geologist with more than 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry. A founding partner of Fladgate, he’s worked across Ontario and beyond on gold and Cu-Ni-PGE projects for both major and junior companies. Before co-founding Fladgate, Neil served as a Senior Precambrian Geoscientist with the Ontario Geological Survey, and today he continues to hold leadership roles across the sector, including Vice President of Exploration and Director of GT Resources Inc.
Neil brings equal parts technical knowledge and logistical expertise to every program. He’s driven by curiosity, collaboration and a genuine love for the outdoors - values that guide both his work and his weekends, often spent somewhere in the bush.
