Jodie is the glue that holds Fladgate together. Raised in a mining family, she always thought she’d pursue other endeavors—but geology clearly had other plans. Her background in political science and human resources keeps the Fladgate office running like clockwork, blending organization with genuine care for the people behind the projects.
Off the clock, Jodie’s happiest hanging out with her husband and their Sheepadoodle Winnie (who has more energy than most field crews). She loves all things travel and film, and can probably tell you a thing or two about the latest musical.
