With a PhD in geology and over two decades of experience, Lesley brings deep technical insight and a steady, practical approach to exploration. Her colleagues know her for her sharp analytical mind and an unshakeable calm under pressure—be it reviewing data or leading a field program. She also shares her knowledge as a sessional lecturer at Lakehead University, helping shape the next generation of geoscientists.
Beyond her professional expertise, Lesley’s energy is fueled by her life outside the office. Proud mom to three young athletes, she’s always on the go—running kids to early morning swim practise, cheering from the sidelines and still finding time to support her team at Fladgate with warmth and humour.
