Cait has over 20 years of mineral exploration experience in gold and base metal exploration with junior and major resource companies including Placer Dome and Goldcorp. She brings a mix of technical experience and no-nonsense leadership to everything she does. A professional geologist and founding partner of Fladgate, she’s also known for her hands-on approach and her ability to get things done—whether in the bush or the boardroom. Her experience has focused on project management, GIS and 3D modelling.
Cait is also a passionate community builder in Thunder Bay, helping lead local events like the Buskers Festival, contributing to the neighbourhood business association, buying and upgrading historic buildings and founding one of Thunder Bay’s most beloved restaurants, Nook. When not running a field program, she’s probably out running a trail, or spending time with her two teenage sons.
